Service terms.

Govotency provides public civic information and optional tools for recording your own positions.

Public information

Check the linked official sources and effective dates. Address matches and officeholder records can be incomplete or change. Govotency does not determine voter registration, residence, eligibility, or the contests on your ballot. Verify election information with the relevant election office.

Google Maps features

Use of Google Maps address suggestions and geocoding is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Google's processing of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Google Maps attribution identifies information supplied by Google. Official district boundaries and officeholder sources are identified separately.

Your account and choices

Browsing public information does not require an account. Account features are optional, and saved positions reflect your own views. Do not misuse the service, impersonate others, or attempt to access another person's account or private data.

See our privacy policy for address processing, account information, and account deletion.
